What
is your start up cost?
You can get started with a SPEEDLINER®
authorised ‘Open’ Dealership/Application
Centre for under £6,000*. Larger packages
are available to those who are comfortable starting
with a larger inventory.
For 'In-House' manufacturing based SPEEDLINER®
users the basic package starts at under £2,500*.

How
much is your equipment?
Assuming you are already equipped with a standard
air compressor capable of 17 to 23 CFM (minimum)
and ancilliary items such as air hose, air pressure
regulator/moisture filter our basic application
equipment is included in our start up packages.
Can
you go mobile?
Yes, SPEEDLINER®
can be sprayed by a mobile unit. Call
us for more details.
Are
you able to do colours?
Yes, we offer 18 standard stock colours at NO
extra cost and can also custom match up to 5000
colours from our soon to be installed in-house
colour system.

How
long does it take to dry?
Dry time varies with temperature. At 72æ F, SPEEDLINER®
is dry to the touch in 1 - 2 hours, you can carry
light loads after 24 hours, and fully cured in
72 hours.
With colder temperatures SPEEDLINER®
will take a little longer to achieve its full
functional cured strength. Drying times of SPEEDLINER®
can be accelerated simply by using heated spray
shop facilities.
Do
you need a spray bake oven?
No - see notes about drying time above. The use
of a low bake facility will simple be a bonus
for even faster turnaround time.
Do
you need a paint booth?
In many instances you don’t, but check with
local authorities to see if a paint booth is necessary.
SPEEDLINER® is
a solvent based product and is officially classed
as a low VOC content product. A
designated spray area with adequate fresh air
ventilation or extraction is recommended.
How
strong is your UV stability?
SPEEDLINER® has
the strongest UV on the market. Our customers
in the UK can expect to go over 4 - 5 years without
seeing any color loss.

How
long before I can deliver to my customer?
After 4 to 6 hours of curing at 72æ F you can
release the vehicle to customers.
Depending on certain conditions it may be advisable
to return the vehicle after 12 to 18 hours.
How
thick is your material?
We recommend you spray SPEEDLINER®
at 90 mils (approx 1/8" or 2.5 - 3mm) thickness;
however, you can spray it thinner or thicker if
necessary.
What
is the coverage per square foot?
You get 16 square feet per gallon at 90 mils (approx
1/8" or 2.5 - 3mm) thickness.
Can
we get training at our location?
You can get a full day personal training at your
location by our professional trainers.

How
much material do you put in a truck?
Approximtely 3 gallons in a 4-5 ft. mini truck,
4 gallons in a 5-6 ft. bed, and 5 gallons in an
7-8 ft. bed at 90 mils thickness (approx 1/8"
or 2-2.5mm).
Can
you do spot repairs?
Yes, we will show you how to do it easily and
inexpensively.
How
does the material come packaged?
SPEEDLINER® is
packaged in premeasured US gallon* kits, with
four gallons to a case.
For economic delivery costs the minimum order
is 1 case.

Can
you mix smaller quantities than one gallon?
It is not normally recommended to mix in smaller
quantities; but if it’s imperative, such
as carrying out minor spot repairs, then remember
to keep ratio at 3:1 by volume.
Mixed material must be used immediately and opened
cans with unused material should be mixed and
used within 3 to 7 days. Unless the part A container
is inert gas purged.
Ask about purging gas.
