Speedliner Euro HS Logo (2)

Speedliner Euro HS® is a high performance polyurethane/urea elastomeric product specifically designed for high build applications. It also possesses other properties such as high tensile strength, good elongation and adhesion. As an aliphatic-hybrid urethane-urea, Speedliner Euro HS® has significantly better UV stability, hydrolytic stability and resistance to many chemicals than aromatic urethanes commonly known as ‘fast dry-fast cure’ spray liners.
When fully cured, Speedliner Euro HS® forms an extremely tough, abrasive resistant polymer coating especially well suited for applications requiring protection from impact, abrasion or corrosion on metal, wood or fibreglass (GRP) surfaces. Speedliner Euro HS® texture surfaces provide an excellent grip surface in a dry environment and with aggregate additives such as aluminium oxide grit or rubber crumb gives good anti-slip properties on a variety of surfaces in a wet environment.
Speedliner Euro HS® can be applied by spray, brush or roller methods and can be proportionally mixed in usable amounts from 150ml. to 8 litres and can be self coloured at point of mixing ready for use.

SL Euro HS® is the same product as our Speedliner Euro HS® but as the shorter name denotes this is labelled and packaged in smaller quantity amounts. The 500ml. tin size contains 300ml. of Part A polymer and the120ml. bottle size contains 100ml. of Part B activator. This provides our authorised Dealers and Applicators with a convenient and economic ‘small job’ system readily available in the pre-measured 3:1 mixing ratio after adding a colour pigment of choice to the Part B prior to mixing all the components together in the 500ml. tin if required.

SL Euro HS® exhibits the same performance values as Speedliner Euro HS®.

Speedliner Euro HC® is a high performance polyurethane/urea elastomeric product exhibiting the same overall strength and qualities as the Speedliner Euro HS® but with the advantage of an exclusive active anti-bacterial, anti-microbial additive pre-measured and installed into the component B activator of the Speedliner Euro HC® product .
With the inclusion of Ultra-Fresh™ antimicrobial additive into Speedliner Euro HC® polymer spray liner the final application provides active anti bacterial, anti microbial and anti fungal protection. It also resists deterioration, discolouration and degradation, odours and spoilage that could occur through the action of bacterial and fungal organisms.
Most importantly Ultra-Fresh™ is effective in the fight against bacteria such as MRSA and E-coli and creates a hostile environment for such organisms which cannot survive on the spray liner surface.

Speedliner Euro HC® can be coated over existing fibreglass interiors to enable serviceable repairs to previously coated surfaces and ease of cleaning of the final surface application

Speedliner Euro HC® can be applied by spray, brush or roller methods and can be proportionally mixed in usable amounts from 150ml. to 8 litres and can be self coloured at point of mixing ready for use.

Speedliner® is a similar chemical formula product to our highly successful, tried and tested Speedliner Euro HS® polymer spray liner. Speedliner® is a versatile high performance polyurethane/urea elastomeric product. Because of its different molecular structure it can provide either a slightly ‘wetter’ and ‘smoother’ spray application or a textured final finish depending on the application methods used.

Speedliner® exhibits more or less the same properties such as high tensile strength, good ‘cut and tear’ resistance similar to some of our other spray liner products and has significant UV stability, hydrolytic stability and resistance to many chemicals than aromatic urethane liners.
When fully cured, Speedliner® forms an extremely tough, abrasive resistant polymer coating especially well suited for applications for those as mentioned above for Speedliner Euro HS®.

Speedliner® can be applied by spray, brush or roller methods and can be proportionally mixed in usable amounts from 150ml. to 8 litres and can be self coloured at point of mixing ready for use.

SL1000® is a ‘sister’ product to our highly successful, tried and tested Speedliner Euro HS® polymer spray liner. SL1000® is an equally versatile high performance polyurethane/urea elastomeric product. SL1000® has a slightly different chemical formula to give a slightly ‘wetter’ and ‘smoother’ applied finish than Speedliner Euro HS®.
It also possesses the same properties such as high tensile strength, good elongation and adhesion as Speedliner Euro HS® and as a similar aliphatic-hybrid urethane-urea, SL1000® has significantly better UV stability, hydrolytic stability and resistance to many chemicals than aromatic urethanes commonly known as ‘fast dry-fast cure’ spray liners.
When fully cured, SL1000® forms an extremely tough, abrasive resistant polymer coating especially well suited for applications for those as mentioned above for Speedliner Euro HS®.

SL1000® can be applied by spray, brush or roller methods and can be proportionally mixed in usable amounts from 150ml. to 8 litres and can be self coloured at point of mixing ready for use.

Sprayliner 1000® is a versatile two-pack, high performance polyurethane/urea elastomeric product specifically formulated for creating graphics over previously applied Speedliner Euro HS® coatings. The mix ratio of Sprayliner 1000® is 1:1 to give a ‘wetter’, smoother finish and can be applied with a normal gravity fed spray gun using a 1.8 – 2.00 mm. spray nozzle. As a similar aliphatic-hybrid urethane-urea to Speedliner Euro HS® the Sprayliner 1000® has the same UV stability, hydrolytic stability and resistance to many chemicals as those as mentioned above.
When fully cured Sprayliner 1000® forms an extremely tough, abrasive resistant coating especially well suited for final graphics applications.
Sprayliner 1000® is conveniently packaged in separate Part A and Part B 500ml quantities and can also be applied by brush or roller methods and is coloured at point of mixing ready for use.

Topcoat HG™ is an aliphatic, two component polyurethane polymer coating product and is available in original form as a clear coating and can be self coloured as required at time of use. The product is formulated to give a full chemical reactive cure with no reliance or affects from ambient air moisture.
This speciality coating is formulated for interior and exterior applications and has excellent gloss and colour retention.
When coated over the Speedliner Euro HS® spray liner Topcoat HG™ further increases the chemical resistance and especially the long term UV colour stability of white and other very light colours when Topcoat HG™ is applied as the finished coating.
Resistance of the coated areas to wear, weathering and corrosion is rated comparable with some high quality commercially available and industrial coating types.
Topcoat HG™ is applied via conventional spray gun, brush, and roller methods giving a ‘touch dry’ time of 45-60 minutes in ambient air temperatures of 20° – 26°C / 68° – 78°F.

Speedliner Euro FR is a general all purpose Fire / Flame Retardant polymer spray liner coating.

KEVLAR®
Genuine DuPont™ Kevlar® pulp fibre is an optional additive used in our polymer spray liner product to enhance performance and cut and tear strength of the final applied polymer coating.

Kevlar® aramid fibre pulps are highly fibrillated chopped fibres that can be used as specialty additives to enhance performance by helping to provide excellent reinforcement through high temperature strengthening and viscosity control under shear stress.

It is recommended for use on heavy-duty / hard use trucks, panel van floors and high impact areas spray liner applications.

The Kevlar® fibre option for use in polymer spray liners supplied by SPEEDLINER® EUROPE Ltd. in the UK and EU is available exclusively from EPP Group Ltd.
Not all spray liners available offer the genuine DuPont Kevlar® pulp fibre additive.

Our Kevlar® fibre reinforced spray liner is far less likely to rip or tear than our competitors.
